TERM DATESLONG LEAVE WEEKENDS
In the middle
of each term we have a Long Weekend. This is usually from 11.00a.m. on the Thursday
to 8.30p.m. on the Monday evening. Boys may spend this weekend with parents,
relations or friends. Your son should know what his travel arrangements are
at least ten days before the weekend.

In addition to Long
Leaves weekends, boys may have two other leaves per term.
LEAVE TIMES FOR WEEKEND
LEAVES
Boys may be out for
Saturday night and Sunday, returning by 6.45p.m. on Sunday evening (in time
for Chapel.)
They may leave after their Saturday sport commitment is over, but not before 1.00p.m. In the case of boys involved in 'away' fixtures, they may leave directly from the other school, provided they have conveyed their arrangements to their Housemaster beforehand.
In the Second Term and during the first 3 weeks of the Third Term, boys are encouraged to be here for home rugby fixtures which finish at 5.00p.m.
EXTRA LEAVE
As an extra leave, all boys may go out with parents or friends after the Hilton/Michaelhouse
rugby matches in the Second and Third Term, and return by 6.45p.m. on the Sunday
evening. (This exeat is not counted as one of the two leaves allowed per term.)

LEAVE REQUEST FORMS
Parents will be required to fax or email a Leave Request form to the House
Managers, before taking their son out.
The deadline for Leave Requests is 1.00 p.m. on the Friday preceding the weekend
he is taking leave.
