DEVELOPMENT CENTRE
A new Development Centre has been established in the old staff house opposite the Music Centre (old "Hobbies Block") and diagonally across from the tuck shop. It is now the office of the Hiltonian Society and various other development-related committees. More Information

NEW PEARCE HOUSE
An amazingly generous donation by Mike Barnes (1963-1968) has meant that Pearce can at last move out  of the Campbell Block and into its own premises.  This R12 million project is due to be completed and the House ready for occupation in January 2007.  For more information click here.

A new committee was elected at the recent Annual General Meeting of the Old Hiltonian Club, held on Hiltonians' Day.  Murray Moxham succeeds Tony Lederle as Chairman.  For more information click here.

IBSC CONFERENCE
Six senior staff attended the annual conference of the International Boys' School Coalition in Johannesburg at St John's during the July holidays. This was a good opportunity to stay in touch with like-minded schools from around the world, and attend talks and workshops presented by leading international experts.
