DEVELOPMENT ON THE ESTATE

Plans for the first phase of the proposed residential development on the Estate are progressing, albeit a little slowly.  The target date to begin the development remains early in 2009.  At this stage, the ground work in terms of detailed planning is being completed, and The Society’s intentions are being explained to the appropriate Municipal and Government departments.

As soon as we are able, an announcement about the marketing of “The Gates at Hilton” will be made to the Hiltonian community.  In the meanwhile, Iain McMillan has a list of people who have indicated an interest; if you would like to have your name added to that list, contact him on idmcm@hiltoncollege.com
